This is my nephew Justin.. Justin was only 17 he was gonna be 18 in a couple of weeks.Justin went in for heart surgery and there was complications after sirgery Justin was very sick and his heart was not working Justin passed away on August 11..
If u new him he touched alot of hearts he was such a happy go lucky kid..
